Financial Services Compensation Scheme

Lloyd’s Insurers are covered by the Financial Serviceses Authority’s Compensation Scheme. You maybe intitled to compensation from the scheme if a Lloyd’s insurer is unable to meet it’s obligations to you under this contract.

CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES) ACT 1999 CLARIFICATION CLAUSE
A person who is not party to this contract has no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this contract but does not effect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is avaiable a part from that Act.
