Any complaint should be addressed in the first instance to the Insurance Broker/Agent who sold you this Insurance.

This complaint procedure is without precedure to Your right to take legal proceedings. To help us to deal with your comments quickly, please quote your certificate /Claim Number and the Certificate holder/Insured Name.
